KIPINÄRAHASTO is a fund established by IF Gnistan ry in 2013. The aim of the fund is to provide financial support to the club’s junior players. The rules of the Kipinärahasto fund are approved by Gnistan ry's Executive Board.
The aim of the fund is to emphasise responsibility at the club and individual level for young people’s hobbies and to enable individual players to play football in spite of financial difficulties.
Gnistan ry’s junior players and their families are eligible to apply for financial support from the fund. The criteria for the financial support may vary slightly from one season to the next. The primary criteria for being granted the financial support are the family’s financial situation and ability to pay player fees and purchase the necessary equipment. As a rule, camp and match travel and non-footballing events are not covered by the financial support. Financial support from the Kipinärahasto fund is granted only to players whose families do not have adequate financial resources. The support is granted only to players who are motivated and committed to playing football. The player’s development potential also a contributing factor in awarding financial support, but it is not a prerequisite.
Decisions on financial support for junior footballers are made by a three-person panel appointed by the Executive Board. Gnistan ry's Executive Board approves the sum and general principles of the financial support based on the Kipinärahasto fund's proposal annually before the club's autumn meeting. If Kipinärahasto's funds are exhausted, the payment of previously confirmed financial support may be suspended during a financial support period.
The fund is a separate unit with its own account, and its assets cannot be used for activities other than its stipulated purpose. In extreme exceptional circumstances (force majeure conditions), funds may be raised for the Kipinärahasto fund, and awarded from the fund, to a beneficiary separately designated by the Executive Board of IF Gnistan ry.
Tuen saamisen edellytyksenä oletetaan, että pelaaja sitoutuu seuraan. Kesken kauden (tammikuu-syyskuu) siirtymisestä toiseen seuraan peritään saadut tukirahat takaisin. Tukea voi hakea 10.11-24.11.2025 välisenä aikana täyttämällä tämä hakemus. Ennen tukien hyväksymistä Kipinäpaneeli tarkistaa joukkueenjohtajan puollon tuelle. Päätökset ilmoitetaan sähköpostitse 16.12.2025 mennessä joukkueenjohtajalle, joka informoi joukkueensa hakijoita. Tukikausi alkaa tammikuussa ja päättyy syyskuun lopussa, ellei muuta mainita.

An application period for financial support can also be opened in the middle of the period subject to a decision by Gnistan ry's Executive Board.
The fundraising activities of the Kipinärahasto fund primarily consist of donations from private individuals and businesses, as well as applications for public grants. The fund applies for a money collection permit in accordance with the Money Collection Act. KIPINÄRAHASTO is a fund established by IF Gnistan Ry in 2013, the purpose of which is to financially support the club’s junior players. The rules of the Kipinärahasto are confirmed by the board of Gnistan Ry.
The goal of the fund is to emphasize the responsibility of young people at the club and individual level for their hobby and to enable individual players to enjoy their hobby despite financial difficulties.
Gnistan Ry’s junior players and their families can apply for support. The support criteria may vary slightly from season to season. The primary criterion for receiving support is the family’s financial situation and the ability to pay player fees and acquire the necessary equipment. Camp and game trips, as well as events outside of football, are basically outside of support. Support from the Kipinärahasto is granted only to those players whose families’ financial resources are insufficient. Support is only granted to players who are motivated and committed to playing football. The player’s development potential also contributes to receiving support, but this factor is not a prerequisite for receiving support.
Support decisions for junior players are made by a three-member panel chosen by the board of the association. Gnistan Ry’s board approves the level of the support amount and the general principles based on Kipinärahasto’s proposal every year before the club’s autumn meeting.
The fund is a separate unit, with its own account, and its funds cannot be used for activities other than its stated purpose under any circumstances.
As a condition for receiving support, it is assumed that the player commits to the club. If you transfer to another club in the middle of the season (January-September), the support money received will be recovered. You can apply for support between 10.11-24.11.2025 by filling out this application. Before accepting the supports, the Kipinäpanel checks the team leader’s side for the support. Decisions will be notified by e-mail by 16.12.2025 to the team leader, who will inform the applicants of his team. The support period starts in January and ends at the end of September, unless otherwise stated.

Kipinä-fonden grundades av IF Gnistan rf år 2013 med syftet att ekonomiskt stödja föreningens juniorspelare. Fondens regler fastställs av Gnistan rf:s styrelse.
Fondens mål är att betona både föreningens och individens ansvar för ungdomars idrottande samt att möjliggöra för enskilda spelare att fortsätta sin fotbollshobby oberoende av ekonomiska svårigheter.
Gnistan rf:s juniorspelare och deras familjer kan ansöka om stöd. Stödkriterierna kan variera något från säsong till säsong. Det främsta kriteriet för att beviljas stöd är familjens ekonomiska situation samt möjligheten att betala spelaravgifter och skaffa nödvändig utrustning. Läger- och matchresor samt aktiviteter utanför fotbollen omfattas i regel inte av stödet. Kipinä-fondens stöd beviljas endast till spelare vars familjer har begränsade ekonomiska resurser. Stödet riktas till motiverade och engagerade spelare som är villiga att satsa på sitt fotbollsspelande. Spelarens utvecklingspotential kan beaktas, men är inte ett krav för att erhålla stöd.
Beslut om stöd till juniorspelare fattas av en trepersonspanel som utses av föreningens styrelse. Gnistan rf:s styrelse fastställer årligen, på förslag av Kipinä-fonden, stödets storlek och de allmänna principerna före föreningens höstmöte.
Fonden är en separat enhet med ett eget konto, och dess medel får under inga omständigheter användas till andra ändamål än de som fastställts i fondens syfte.
Som villkor för att erhålla stöd förutsätts att spelaren förbinder sig till föreningen. Vid övergång till en annan förening mitt under säsongen (januari–september) återkrävs erhållet stöd.
Stöd kan sökas under perioden 10.11–24.11.2025 genom att fylla i denna ansökan. Innan besluten godkänns kontrollerar Kipinä-panelen lagledarens rekommendation. Beslut meddelas via e-post senast 16.12.2025 till lagledaren, som informerar de sökande inom laget.
Stödperioden börjar i januari och avslutas i slutet av september, om inget annat anges.

Kipinä-fonden samlar in sina tillgångar huvudsakligen genom donationer från privatpersoner och företag samt genom offentliga bidragsansökningar.
