KIPIN\u00c4RAHASTO is a fund established by IF Gnistan Ry in 2013, the purpose of which is to financially support the club\u2019s junior players. The rules of the Kipin\u00e4rahasto are confirmed by the board of Gnistan Ry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The goal of the fund is to emphasize the responsibility of young people at the club and individual level for their hobby and to enable individual players to enjoy their hobby despite financial difficulties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gnistan Ry\u2019s junior players and their families can apply for support. The support criteria may vary slightly from season to season. The primary criterion for receiving support is the family\u2019s financial situation and the ability to pay player fees and acquire the necessary equipment. Camp and game trips, as well as events outside of football, are basically outside of support. Support from the Kipin\u00e4rahasto is granted only to those players whose families\u2019 financial resources are insufficient. Support is only granted to players who are motivated and committed to playing football. The player\u2019s development potential also contributes to receiving support, but this factor is not a prerequisite for receiving support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Support decisions for junior players are made by a three-member panel chosen by the board of the association. Gnistan Ry\u2019s board approves the level of the support amount and the general principles based on Kipin\u00e4rahasto\u2019s proposal every year before the club\u2019s autumn meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The fund is a separate unit, with its own account, and its funds cannot be used for activities other than its stated purpose under any circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As a condition for receiving support, it is assumed that the player commits to the club. If you transfer to another club in the middle of the season (January-September), the support money received will be recovered. You can apply for support between 10.11-24.11.2025 by filling out this application<\/strong>. <\/strong> Before accepting the supports, the Kipin\u00e4panel checks the team leader\u2019s side for the support. Decisions will be notified by e-mail by 16.12.2025 to the team leader, who will inform the applicants of his team.
